Terms and Conditions of Use for the Tennis Court
1 - Reservations: Tennis courts can be booked in advance through our online booking system or by phone. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
2 - Payment: Payment must be made at the time of booking, exclusively via PIX using the provided QR code. The reservation will only be confirmed after the payment is completed, which must be made within 1 hour of the request. If payment is not made within this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
3 - Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee.
However, a player who fails to use a reservation due to a force majeure event may be eligible for a refund, provided they notify the administration in advance, allowing the time slot to be made available to other players.
4 - Court Usage Time: Court usage is strictly limited to the duration of the reservation made. Practice matches must strictly adhere to the reserved time slot; in the event of unauthorized overtime, an additional fee will be applied. Official ranking matches have completion priority and may occasionally exceed the scheduled time. If an official match overlaps with a practice reservation: The players in the official match shall bear the proportional or full cost of the extra time used, paying the corresponding amount directly to the court management. Management will transfer this full amount to the affected player in the form of credit for a new reservation or a refund, ensuring proper compensation for the affected customer while maintaining the court's revenue. If an official match overlaps with another official ranking match reservation: Since both matches hold the same priority level, no fines or reimbursements will apply between the parties, and the match schedule will be adjusted based on availability as determined by management.
5 - Court Conditions: Please check the court conditions before starting to play. If there are any issues, please contact the administration immediately to report the problem.
6 - Equipment: Players must bring their own tennis equipment, including rackets and tennis balls. Additional equipment may be provided upon request and subject to an additional fee.
7 - Behavior: All players must adhere to tennis etiquette rules and respect other players. Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior may result in the suspension of court usage.
8 - Liability: Players use the tennis court at their own risk. The administration is not liable for personal injuries or property damage during the use of the court.
9 - Court Organization: Players must leave the court tidy after use, collecting all personal items and properly disposing of trash.
By making a reservation and using our tennis courts, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. The administration reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
