Registration
To complete your registration and activate your account, please follow the steps below:

Sign Up: Use the following link to register: Register. Fill out the form with your name, email address, and a secure password.

Account Activation: After registering, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. This email will contain an activation link. Please check your inbox and, if you do not find the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder.

Account Access: After activating your account, you will be able to log in to our website using your email address and registered password.
Financial & Balance
Add Credits
You can add balance to your account to make future reservation payments easier. Having credits available speeds up confirmation, as the amount is deducted instantly. To add credits, go to the "My Account" menu and select "Add Credit".
Withdraw Balance
If you have available balance and wish to withdraw it to your bank account, go to the "My Account" menu and select "Withdraw Balance". Withdrawal processing follows the deadlines established in our Terms of Use.
Reservations
Court Reservations
To reserve a court, you must log in to the system using your email and password. On the calendar, select the court and your preferred available time slot, then confirm the reservation by including the names and phone numbers of the players. You will be redirected to the reservation summary and payment page.
Changing a Reserved Time
Click on your reservation and drag it to the new desired date and time. This feature works best on larger screens where more time slots are visible on the calendar. Another option is to cancel your current reservation and use the credit to make a new booking. Please note that credit is automatically refunded only if the cancellation is made up to 3 hours before the match. If the cancellation is made less than 3 hours before the match start time, the refund will not be processed, except in situations provided for in Clause 3 of the Terms & Conditions.
